These terms cover use of XyeXon Work Hours by XyeXonService — Marek Makowski. Contact: [email protected]. They are not a quotation or agreement for installation work.
2. Use and accuracy
The app helps record working hours. Check entered times, breaks, notes and calculated totals before using them for invoices or other records. Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s information.
3. Files and restoration
Keep your own backups in a safe location. Backup files are not encrypted. Restoration replaces current data and may overwrite existing entries. Check the selected backup before restoring.
4. Availability and support
Operation may depend on the Android device, system settings, notification permissions and storage provider. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete protection from data loss. Report issues to [email protected].
5. Intellectual property
Do not use the XyeXonService name, logo or app code without permission to distribute or sell the app as your own product. These terms do not establish a paid model or activation licence.
6. Legal rights and changes
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Any paid services require separately presented terms and user agreement. Changes to features or use may require updates to these terms; the current version is dated.
